Identified – Microsoft is continuing to investigate this issue and work towards a solution. We have included links to articles on how to Remove and Add accounts to the Mail app in iOS and macOS as valid work arounds.
Investigating – We are aware of an issue that is causing customer’s M365 email accounts to be disconnected from their iOS Mail applications. There is currently a workaround of removing and then re-adding the email account to the Mail Application. Mar 03, 2025 – 15:01 UTC

I have spoken with Microsoft’s tech support. This issue began on Saturday, March 1 and continues through March 4. A resolution to the problem is expected before mid-day on March 5.
Workarounds – You should be able to surf to http://portal.office.com and login with your email address and password. Look for Apps and Outlook in order to gain access to your mailbox.
